PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES           COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Tsbp Cane Jaggery Powder
  • 200 ml warm water
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp powdered sounf
  • 1/8 Tsp black salt (kala namak)
  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt (or according to taste)
  • 1/8 Tsp powdered black pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp powdered cumin (jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp mint leaves (pudhina)


GARNISH:

  • Mint leaves
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 3 ice cubes


How to make it:

  1. Mix the jaggery in warm water.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Filter and refrigerate.
  5. Add 3 ice cubes, a lemon slice and mint leaves.

Best served chilled.
